Byron Bay is the most easterly point of main land Australia.
It is located in northern New South Wales, approximately 9 hours drive north of Sydney, and 2 hours drive south of Brisbane. Airlines fly daily into Ballina Airport, which is approximately 30 minutes drive away, and daily into Coolangatta Airport about 1 hour away.
A shuttle bus service connects with all flights with prior notice. Rail and coach companies travel daily into Byron Bay. "Victoria's At Wategos" has it's own rental car service at very reasonable rates.
"Victoria's At Wategos" is located at 1 Marine Parade Wategos Beach, 2 kms east of the township of Byron Bay.
