The Bangalow Chamber of Commerce has begun a marketing campaign to promote the northern NSW hinterland. This has come after the Tintenbar-Yelgun bypass has been opened. In order to support small local businesses the Chamber of Commerce has decided to make a brand for the beautiful destination “Hinterland Way”, formerly the Pacific Highway.

So if you find yourself travelling along the freeway from the South to Byron Bay make sure you turn off the freeway at Tintenbar and explore everything the coast has to offer. Little hidden gems such as Newrybar Merchants, Harvest, Macadamia Castle and the small town of Bangalow are all musts before you arrive at your destination in Byron Bay.
