We are getting excited for our first Seafood Sunday Lunch next weekend, and so happy to be hosting it with local chef Joseph Griffin. Joe has years of experience in some of the top restaurants around Australia, including the local Byron Bay restaurant Harvest Café where he was Head Chef for over five years.

Joe creates his menus around the local season and has a strong relationship with local fishermen, farmers and growers of the Northern Rivers region and food trail. Joe’s extensive knowledge of local food and produce is reflected in the quality and flavour of his cooking.
