Sample Food Festival – Byron Bay

Exciting events just keep coming in the Byron Shire, and Sample Food Festival is no exception. Sample Food Festival celebrates the locally grown produce of the Northern Rivers, which is known for its abundance and array of quality food. There are over 200 stalls at the Sample Food Festival, the holders of which range from local restaurateurs, farmers and food producers.

This local festival is held in the charming hinterland town of Bangalow, where café’s and delicatessens line the streets and feed the hungry population of the Northern Rivers, and who wouldn’t be hungry with the delectable and delicious food that the Byron Bay region has to offer?  Local vendors such as Zentveld’s and Duck Creek have stalls of locally grown coffee and macadamias; Brookfarm Muesli and Madura Tea will also be there offering their breakfast delights.

Sample Food Festival is a favorite of the staff here at Victoria’s as we love to serve delicious food to our guests, and offer locally grown produce and products whenever possible. Sample festival reminds us all that Northern New South Wales is not only a great place to stay, but a also great place to eat! Come and indulge for the weekend with us at Victoria’s at Ewingsdale or our beachside property of Victoria’s at Wategos.
